I like your program. Would you mind putting it under a free software license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html) like Mozilla Public License (MPL) or GNU General Public License (GPL)?

GPL'ing the program is something that I've never got round to doing. I'll add the necessary text in the next release.

Had to go back to version 0.6.0.8 (latest version on MU?) which works without any problems with my FF 2.0.0.3. Version 0.6.0.11 seems to be a little buggy or incompatible with some other extensions or the German locale, because it inserts a big bar - covering up a quarter of the screen - below the status bar with a single line of text. Something like <.../translate/chrome:locale.dtd > and a small arrow under the last bracket.
Anyhow, thanks for the "proggy".

where is the context menu? and why won't it appear like in previous versions?

why not have the option for translate under the tools menu? it was much easier that way.

Plan on updating your extension at the the addons website of firefox?

'Where is the context menu?'
I don't know, it works for me. Which locale are you using?

'why not have the option for translate under the tools menu?'
Firefox 2 completely broke the way in which I built the menu options. I managed to get the context menu and the toolbar button working in a reasonable amount of time but the tools menu took too long. I figured the amount of people using that functionality wasn't significant so I temporarily removed it.

'Plan on updating your extension at the the addons website of firefox?'
I will at some point but there are still things that need fixing.

Extremely useful plugin. Keep on with the good work. I hope you can solve the problem with the "translate page" option in the Tools menu soon. Regards. Alien8

I found the context menu.

Much easier to use the tools version. Would be much better to put it back, (I don't like to clutter up my navigation toolbar, and highlighting a whole page is inefficient) hope you get it working soon.

Hi Paul: Love your add-on. I'd used it extensively on previous FF versions but when I upgraded to 2.x it didn't work any longer. Can you add your updated versions to the 'official' FF add-on listing (I only just now blundered across your blog)? This makes it easy to find & upgrade. Thanks for all your hard work!

Why you didn't update this version to the firefox addons page https://addons.update.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/181

Another vote for restoring the tool menu option. I've had to add an extra button to my toolbar!

Also, I don't much like the Google translation service with its obtrusive popups. Is it possible to add an option to use Babelfish as default?

Please update this for Firefox 3!!
